MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES：
Supervise and organize all operatiing activities in the extrusion and warehouse areas to ensure that people and equipment are focused on realizing the production schedule of the plant and in compliance with local laws and permits, and with the company Group SHE and operational standards.

Maintain an organization structure of people to ensure an effective and a cost efficient operation. (It should take into account strategic business requirements and in collaboration with HR use a system of people development and training that addresses strengths and weaknesses of individuals within the boundaries of organizational needs.)

-Create and maintain an operational culture, discipline and efficiency standards to operate the extrusion and warehouse at lowest costs,(Right people, organization and culture) through efficient production and planning with deferent sources of supply and the different sales centers.
-Lead, motivate, schedule and improve the operators, technicians and machine operatorss in the extrusion and warehouse shifts.
-Direct a continuous improvement process and approach for all extrusion and warehouse staff to achieve and maintain Operational Excellence. This will be achieved by setting challenging targets and milestones for all key performance measurements with specific emphasis on cost reduction, efficiency, profit and cash flow improvement, Quality and SHE. This includes, but is not limited to, reduction in non-value added activities such as waste generation, quality improvements, damage limitation, safety performance, maintenance standardization etc.
-Ensure in liaison with R&D the timely introduction and efficient production of new/improved formulations in manufacturing in support of the Chinese business objectives.
-Direct the development, improvement and implementation/installation of new equipment, systems and methods in order to continuously improve cost, effectiveness. This includes the most adequate engineering solutions.
-Support the Operating Manager in the development of capital budget proposals in line with business objectives and in demand projections aimed at the long-term security of the supply chain and in line with Engineering and SHE standards.
-Develop benchmarking and implementation of best-in-class practices through promotion of key performance indicators, communication, stimulation and motivation.
-Maintain a quality control and assurance management system in order to comply with sales & marketing quality standards.

Knowledge and Experience:
- Being familiar with polymer compounding process and related equipments. Professional knowledge for of plastics is required.
- -5-10 Years manufacturing management experience preferably in a Multinational environment
- Proven leadership experience of operators, technicians and machine operators
- Operations management/MRP II knowledge -Good understanding of basic financial concepts and ability to prepare, manage and control a budget and its process.
- Good working knowledge in English, fluent in read or written (spoken is a plus)
