任职要求：
- Bachelor degree or above, mechanical or industrial engineering.
- At least 3 years of electronic and mechanical industry IE engineer, Process engineer or manufacturing engineer experience. Telecommunication industry is preferable.
- Project management experience is preferable
- Lean manufacturing project management skills and quality experience preferred
- Good English skills both in oral and written
- A flexible individual who is responsible and committed
- Self motivated, good communication and team player


职位职责：
- New project and production line setup, tools, jig, design & maintenance, indirect material purchase.
- Generate line layout and re-layout to improve
- Work study, capacity calculation, resourcing planning.
- Work with technical team to design the process flow, production instructions
- Production control procedures
- Process and efficiency improvement and cost reduction
- Standardize operation for volume production
- Train and monitor daily process flow smoothly, take immediate action for any out of control issues on work
- Work with quality engineer to promote product quality
