任职要求：
Professional Experience required:Minimum of 3 years general mechanical process experience.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
Design tooling and fixtures to assemble, and inspect vehicle quality parts ;
Write, updating, control work instructions;
Monitor production processes and make adjustments as required to produce quality parts;
Input inspection data into the statistical process control system and analyze processes;
Work with Quality Assurance department to reduce production costs;
Work with manufacturing to reduce the time to bring new parts into production;
Work in other departments in order to level work loads;
Train operator to comply with Health, Safety and Environmental Policy;
Maintain work area in an extremely clean and orderly manner;
Promote company values;
Give feedback information about material modification to related department;
Set-up and continuously improve the work station and general manufacturing processes;
Active member of the manufacturing operations team.
Hard Skills required:
Design tooling and fixtures;
Prepare work instructions;
Operate test and production tool equipment;
Read and interpret English drawings and specifications;
Create word documents on a personal computer .
Soft Skills required:
Self starter with initiative;
Willing to learn new skills and to train others ;
Ability of Air-conditioner, cooling system is prefer / 有空调、制冷知识更佳;
Good Computer skill;
SAP/ AutoCAD knowledge is prefererd, MM Maintenance.
