任职要求：
Mission of Job：Control and improve supplier quality; on-site supplier monitor;
Tasks and Responsibilities：
1. Experience of MAG,TIG,Stud Welding,resistance Welding method, and can use these different Welding method for different material, for example carbon steel, stainless steel and alumnium etc
2. Complete know DIN6700 and EN15085 standard and worked before
3.Basic knowledge is Europe quality requirement standard, material standard,welding standard. Such as ISO3834,EN287,ISO15607~15614 etc
4.Made WPAR,WPS,Welder certificate, Test piece by himself before
5.Experience of steel structure manufature
6.PC Requirements: Familiar with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD
7.Audit and verify supplier manufacturing processes prior to sample ordering
8. Implement FAI for sheet-materials
9.Do preliminary on site sample and production inspection and solve the general technical problems
10. Make regular on site supplier audit to develop and improve the supplier level
11. Follow up the quality improvement plan for the unqualified parts with the supplier
12. Control, supervise and report on the achieved quality assurance levels of suppliers
13. Clarify technical and quality requirements with the technical department, e.g. deviation requests
14. Generate relative report
