任职要求：
1.Bachelor degree with engineering background;
2.Above 5 years related working experience in manufacturing company, among which 3 years project management experience is required;
3.Good knowledge of TS16949, ISO9000 standards;
4.Good at communciation and problem solving ;
5.Good commnad of English and PC skills.

Report to Engineering Manager
1.Effectively manage new projects from customer concept to manufacturing handover thru APQP management
2.Ensure continual Management and development of Project Team to advance company efficiency and technology profile
3.Develop and maintain relationships with all customers to facilitate the successful accomplishment of business objectives
4.Continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency
5.Implement and complete cost down programs
