任职要求：
- Primary required background is a Bachelors degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years experience in the implementation and management of quality management systems.
- Desired experience includes the implementation and management of safety and environmental management systems and procedures in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong background in Statistical Process Controls.
- Experience with Lock Out Tag Out procedures.
- Six Sigma experience is a plus.
职位职责：
Quality--
- Lead the plant effort to implement and successfully gain ISO 9001 certification based on existing Corporate and Division ISO 9001 system.
- Lead the plant effort to implement and successfully gain AIB certification.
- Focused implementation of Printpack’s standardization initiatives including (PPS, 5S, PD’s).
- Work closely with all associates to improve plant processes, and reduce process variability.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints regarding defective material.
- Maintain good customer communication.
- Review, verify, and initiate changes to customer specifications.
- Oversee Supplier Quality Claims and Customer Feedback.
- Ensure quality testing enables plant to meet customer expectations.
- Maintain calibration program of quality test equipment.
Safety--
- Work closely with the Division Safety and Environmental Coordinator to quickly gain a working knowledge of safety requirements, environmental compliance, and ASI standards.
- Implement division safety program.
- In consultation with the appropriate corporate offices, interpret all current and applicable laws, company policy and good manufacturing practices to insure a safe, clean, and environmentally compliant work place.
- Provide awareness and in depth training as necessary on safe work practices, environmental requirements, and ASI standards.
- Investigate safety and environmental incidents to identify the root cause and establish methods to prevent recurrence of similar situations.
- Generate reports as necessary to identify trends, educate the work force, and supply corporate leaders and government agencies with information they require.
