任职要求:
- Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain/Industrial Engineering is strongly desired, a MS is preferred.
- APICS Certification is desirable.
- At least 5 years of supply chain management experience in a manufacturing field.
- Ability to perform within functional areas while recruiting and training staff.
- Ability to solve practical problems while dealing with multiple variables.
- Strong communication and management skills.
- Good command of English.
- Ability to quickly learn and utilize ERP system.
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access are desired.
- Import/export and customs experience required; bonded/duty-free experience is preferred.
职位职责:
- Work closely with the Division Operations Planning Manager and team to quickly develop a working knowledge of systems and procedures.
- Select and train Customer Service, Production Scheduling, and Shipping and Receiving staff.
- Manage all aspects of materials management in order to ensure timely completion of customer orders.
- Manage plant inventory levels to maximize profitability and reduce overhead costs.
- Manage plant capacity load in the most efficient manner in order to maximize plant revenues.
- Manage planning activity to determine raw material requirements and optimize raw material logistics.
- Work closely with the raw material suppliers, sales associates and customers to develop relationships to ensure adequate and timely availability of raw material to meet production and customer requirements.
- Manage the operation of the plant raw materials, finished goods, and shipping & receiving.
- Manage all aspects of the import/export of materials, including serving as primary liaison with logistics providers and Customs officials.
- Become an integral part of the Plant Leadership Team demonstrating the ability to work together to obtain superior results toward corporate objectives.
